Benedite, poiché a questo siete stati chiamati affinché ereditiate la benedizione. I Pietro 3, 9
Questi due versetti ci rimandano alla benedizione insegnata dall’Eterno a Mosè. Veniva pronunciata dopo la preghiera quotidiana nel Tempio di Gerusalemme. Il Sommo Sacerdote usciva dalla porta del santuario, apriva le braccia e impartiva la solenne benedizione sui fedeli ebrei.

These two verses refer us to the blessing taught by God to Moses. Was pronounced after daily prayer in the Temple of Jerusalem. The High Priest came out of the door of the sanctuary, opened his arms and gave the solemn blessing of the faithful Jews.
